Tony Stark, played by Robert Downey Jr., is the CEO of Stark Industries, a weapons manufacturing company. While on a demonstration in Afghanistan to showcase the company’s latest missile technology. Stark is captured by a terrorist group called the Ten Rings. So they force him to build a missile for them. But instead, he creates a suit of powered armor known as the Mark I suit to escape.

Back in the United States – Stark announces that his company will no longer manufacture weapons. Due to this decision his business partner Obadiah Stane (Jeff Bridges) get angry. Because he has been secretly profiting from Stark Industries’ weapons sales. Thereafter Stark begins working on an upgraded version of his suit. Meanwhile it becomes the superhero known as Iron Man.

As Iron Man, Stark goes on a mission to dismantle the weapons. Which has sold by his company. He’s seeking to right the wrongs caused by his inventions. Moreover he refines his suit and develops advanced technology. He made a powerful arc reactor that keeps him alive and powers his suit.

Furthermore Stark investigations was continuing. Stark discovers that Stane has been behind his capture in Afghanistan. He’s planning to take control of Stark Industries. Stane steals the prototype of Stark’s suit and creates his own version, known as the Iron Monger suit.

In the climactic battle, Iron Man confronts Stane and the two engage in a high-stakes fight. With the help of his loyal assistant Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow) and his AI system J.A.R.V.I.S., Stark defeats Stane and saves the day.

The film ends with Stark revealing his true identity as Iron Man to the public, disregarding the advice of his friend and confidant, Colonel James Rhodes (Terrence Howard).
