- Abhisekh Tirpathi ( Jitendra Kumar) – Abhishek Tripathi is a fresh engineering graduate who does not get placed in his final year. So lack of better job option he joins as secretary of a panchayat office. When he join his duty in Phulera village at Uttar-Pardesh, Then he realised he makes a big mistake to come here. 2. Prateek ( Biswapati Yadav) – Prateek is the best friend of Abhisekh from the city. he always support Abhisekh, when he deviates from his path.
3. Brij Bhushan Dubey (Raghubir Yadav) – He is the husband of manju devi.An additionally in the previous election, the goverment reserved Pradhan seat for females. But Brij Bhushan is a wise man. So he made his wife run for elections and won as well. So Brij Bhushan handles everything in Phulera panchayat.
4. Manju Devi (Neena Gupta) –Manju Devi is an official Pradhan of Phulera village. Consequently she is the wife of Brrij Bhushan Dubey.
5. Prahlad Pandey (Faisal Malik) – He is the Deputy Pradhan of Phulera panchayat.Prahlad and Brij Bhushan have a good relationship with each other.
6. Vikas (Chandan Roy) – Vikas is an assistent of Abhisekh office.
