Now Harshad have lost his all money in their new trading account which has now suspended after market crashed. But the family are helping & supporting to each other in this bad situation.Shantilal Mehta decide to mortgage his new house paper and as all gold to overcome this situation. An additionally same day at that night Harshad father Shantilal Mehta passed away in his sleep peacefully. This is very hard & painful situation for Harshad and his family they almost lost their everything.

Harshad got new idea and he shares his thought with his brother Ashwin .

- After that they both meets with Dhruv bhai and they convence him to invest in Harshad company. finally Dhruv bhai ready to invest 1lakh.
In next scene Harshad and his brother Ashwin are searching for new office. Finally they got his father old office in rent. They named their office ‘Grow-More’.

Next day Prnav Seth took Harshad with him for meets with some new clients.
- Harshad tell them – Harshad convence them for money invest. He tells them we conduct proper research and analysis, and only then we invest your money in the market.By research i mean, the company’s balance sheet, It’s future plan, and some crucial confidental information that only few know about.

Due to new PM Harshad worry about how will go the stock market condition ahead? So he decide to invest in oil, & petrolium.
- Here in the next scene Bhushan is in the ring and he call Harshad and tells him- This is confirmed news, Indrol will drown today.
- Harshad – But who’s screwing with indrol?
- Bhushan – Cobra, Manu Mundra.He’s short on Indrol. It will crash today for sure. Let it go, we can bear a little loss But we dont have the cash to hold our position.
- Harshad – Harshad call their all clients, tells to everyone buy Indrol, buy as much as possible. Finally he sold all indrol.
”Manu Mundra Reaction”
- Manu Mundra – After the ring, Manu ask to his jobbers where are the buying orders coming from? Who is buying it? LIC? UTI? Ambani?
- His Jobber –We cant say for sure but that Harshad. He was in good mood. He’s buying a lot nowdays. He is giving 60 to70% return to his investors.

”Sucheta Dalal”
Sucheta – For 16months, Harshad bought all he could, without any backup plan. He invested hravily in companies like Indrol, Zuari, Agro, and SPIC. The finance minister said that after all revenue calculation, next year budget will be short by 3650crore rupees. Fear always overpower hope, and the bear gang was using this sentiment against the bull. The moment the bull weakended , the bear rose.
